Every 7ORiGiNS piece is created on demand — crafted individually with intention.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we’re only able to offer refunds in certain situations.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement/refund:
• Email support@7origins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue
• Provide a short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and make it right.


We Do Not Accept Returns For

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Items worn, washed, or used
• Products returned without contacting us

All items are produced on demand, so we cannot resell or reprocess returned items.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
